Shipping origin

  • All orders will be shipped within 72 hours of purchase or sooner.  
  • We provide you with a tracking number by email after your purchase.
  • For U.S.A a shipping, please allow 3-5 Business days for delivery.
  • For rest of world countries, please allow 5-15 Business days for delivery, but We clarify that deliveries can occasionally take up to 28 Business days for international (see Zones and rates)* and when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 
  • The address used to calculate shipping rates and the return address on your labels.
  • LUXWATCHSTRAPS is not responsible for: No delay, loss or delivery to another place of shipment once the package has left the LUXWATCHSTRAPS center.
  • When you fill in the fields of your address, please specify well because if the shipping system gives an error, an email will be sent asking for confirmation of your address, if you do not respond in the first one, you will have two more emails and a time of 12 hours to confirm your data.
  • You have 12 hours to confirm your address, otherwise it will be shipped at your risk. If your order does not arrive, LUXWATCHSTRAPS will not be responsible for your lost order.
